Do for You(その1)[Do for You (Part 1) ]

Do for You (Part 1)

I think it’s about time I really realized that. The earth doesn’t revolve around me. I should have realized by now that I can’t control everything in the world, but I refuse to admit it. In fact, nothing has ever gone my way. I wonder why I am so stubborn. I can’t make a move unless I’m convinced, no, I can’t make a move. What a coward I am. After all, I don’t have a stronghold in my heart.

The world is big. I decided to go to the U.S. and try myself out rather than working in a small country like Japan. I ended up changing my destination to Canada due to various reasons, but I lived in Canada for about two and a half years in total. I was forced to go back to my home country again for various reasons, but I gradually came to realize that my problems were not with the place, but with my mind. It doesn’t matter what you aim for, but if you don’t have the courage and determination to do something, or if you haven’t found a place to ground yourself when you encounter difficulties, you will feel empty no matter where you go. To put it a bit crudely, it might be like going to Canada and coming back to find that there is no stronghold in your heart.

On the other hand, if I have that “strength,” I think I can do anything I want. Even if you are doing the same job, the atmosphere will probably be different between those who have established their “strength” and those who have not. I hope to become strong and active as soon as possible. When this happens, it is natural to talk about how to gain “strength”. In my case, it is an urgent task to set my heart on Jesus Christ, and I am occupied with it every day. I believe that is the key to strength. However, today I would like to write a little bit away from Christianity.

I want to think about what I can do to make myself most happy. Not in a lazy way, but in a serious way, listening to my heart. It may end up being a Christian approach, but “the voice of the heart” is an expression that can be used in general. You can’t hear the voice of the heart with just a little bit of effort. You have to really look deep into your heart. Don’t worry about desires, pretense, vanity, embarrassment, or self-delusion. Try various simulations and think about what you really want. It may take some time, but it’s inevitable, so don’t give up and explore.
I think it’s “do something for the good of others. I believe that doing something for others is what pleases me the most. For example, if there are several people doing the same work in a factory, it is obvious that there will be a difference in the radiance produced by those who are doing it mechanically and reluctantly and those who are doing it with the feeling that the product they are making will benefit someone else. I believe that many people will agree with my answer to this question. In other words, I believe that “strength” is the mark of someone who has the courage and determination to work for the benefit of others.
