[Tough Task]

Tough Task

My basic philosophy is “if you don’t like it, quit.” It applies regardless of whether it is in my personal or professional life. When I can’t take it anymore, I quit and look for the next path/method. That is not where life ends.
I know it sounds like I give up very easily when I say that, but that is where I am very persistent. I ask myself thoroughly, “Is that really the right decision? If I have one feeling, for example, “I don’t agree,” I will try to shake it up from various angles and different perspectives. You are troubled and distressed because you have strong, uncontrollable feelings, but you do your best to stay calm, think things over, and search for a way to act that is truly your own. If I still can’t stand it, I will quit or change my environment.

The cause of “losing patience” can be due to interpersonal relationships, or it can be a variety of other reasons. In my case in particular, I tend to evaluate “people” according to my own criteria, and I often end up judging them as good or bad. I may not say it out loud, but deep down inside I may despise that person. I think I know it is wrong, but the reality is that it is hard to fix. There have been many times when I have “quit” because I could not escape the judgment once I had made it, and I was defeated by my own belief that I “hated” that person. It was on the basis of these reflections that I am where I am today.

I can’t fool myself into thinking that I don’t like them. I think that is inevitable. However, although it is painful, I think it is necessary to ask yourself “Why do I hate this person so much? For example, it may be difficult to do this in the middle of a fight or immediately afterwards, but you should try to do it after you have calmed down a little. The person you hate often serves as a “mirror” that reflects your own heart. There may be a possibility of encountering a new you lurking there. If I try that much and still can’t stand it, I will decide that the time is not right.

It is easy to complain, “I don’t like that, I don’t like this person,” etc. I understand how it feels to justify yourself by blaming something or someone else for things not going the way you want them to. I am one of those people who have this tendency. But I think the real problem has always been in my mind. I feel like my “selfish heart” is always getting me into trouble.
Having said that, I also feel that I am too understanding, which is somewhat unpleasant. Perhaps it would be more like me if I were a little stubborn and rough around the edges. As I write this, I am becoming confused again, but I believe that there is a breaking point, a limit to what I cannot endure, and that if I push myself any further, I will break down. I don’t intend to endure beyond that limit. The only thing I can say for sure is that I think it is wrong to blame something for the stress of things not going well and not look after my own heart.

 It’s hard to grow up.
