[Initiate Myself]

Initiate Myself

When you are about to start something new, you gather a lot of information and make your own plans, and when you get to the stage where you say, “Okay! Let’s get started” stage, the crucial motivation sometimes wanes. I’ve made all this preparation and all I want to do is “do it,” but I just can’t move my body. In the end, I think it comes down to “the fullness of time.”
I am not planning this project as a joke, but rather as something I should be doing at the right time and place, and I have seriously thought about it, but somewhere along the way, the gears seem to shift. Most things do not proceed as I intend them to.

On the other hand, there are times when, without warning, I suddenly become obsessed with something. Once I have an idea that I want to do something, I rush into it without any planning or preparation, even if it means sacrificing a little of my daily life. At such times, I often push forward almost unconsciously. In hindsight, I realize that my selfishness was causing trouble for those around me and putting too much pressure on myself. I have even suffered from ulcers, probably due to excessive stress. Not everything works out, but when I find something that I can get into like that, time seems to pass surprisingly fast, and it is definitely a happy time for me.

I don’t want to get sick, but I am willing to make some sacrifices to spend more “happy time”. Even when I am planning to do something on my own, I am doing it for the sake of achieving this. But as mentioned above, in my experience, what I have planned for myself doesn’t work. It seems that unless I encounter something that makes my mind and body rush forward unconditionally with a jolt, as if a bewildering electric shock pierces my body, I will not be able to reach a break that will make me feel happy.
In conclusion, I think it is a matter of waiting. I am not of a long-winded nature and tend to want to initiate things myself. It is painful to just wait and do nothing. So I try to think about my possibilities, but in the end, it always ends up not working out. I live my life one day at a time with sincerity and do the best I can in each situation, including work. I think the best way is to continue to do this and wait and see what happens.

Some people think that “it is only through repeated failures that we can find happiness, so we should continue to search for it ourselves. Perhaps that is true. There was a time when I thought so and struggled with it. But recently, I have been unable to take action before I fail, or rather, the reality is that I am not motivated to do what I have planned with my rational mind. I don’t think it’s because I don’t want to fail again and again. Even though I don’t feel an electric shock, that’s exactly what my mind and body seem to be telling me, “That’s not what I’m looking for.
Simply put, I should believe that if I live hard enough, something good will happen to me. I have a Christian God in my heart and I pray to Him every day, but I feel that it is important for everyone to live a sincere life, regardless of the religion you believe in.

 I just can’t wait!
